Ohio Pass & Peak Pass FAQs
If you don't see the answer to your particular question you can always email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our office 800-U-SKI-241 during normal business operating hours.
When can I buy my Ohio Pass or Peak Pass?
Both the Ohio Pass and Peak Pass products are offered through November 24, 2019. After this date neither product will be available for purchase for the 19/20 season.
Please note- The Pick-A-Day pass product has been rolled into our Ohio Pass product. This change means we are able to offer a more diverse and all-inclusive pass product (Ohio Pass) but the Pick-A-Day Pass has been discontinued.
WHAT EXACTLY IS direct to lift access AND HOW DOES IT WORK FOR A SEASON PASSHOLDER TO WALK ONTO A LIFT WITHOUT A LIFT TICKET?
Direct to lift access means a passholder may arrive at our resorts and head straight out onto the hill without obtaining a physical lift ticket at the ticketing window. This will save the passholder time waiting in lines and allow them to get right to their favorite winter activity on the slopes.
HOW WILL THE LIFT ATTENDANT KNOW IT'S ME USING MY SEASON PASS?
You will still be required to have your picture taken and/or submit one for the picture to be featured on your pass. This will be how we are able to identify the passholder along with other descriptive information.
WILL NON-PASSHOLDERS STILL BE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE SNOW PASSES?
YES. Snow Passes will still be sold on a daily basis.
IF I UPGRADE TO A PEAK PASS IS THAT GOOD IMMEDIATELY ON THE EAST COAST?
YES! Your Peak Pass just like any season pass purchased in the spring and will be valid immediately. You'll be able to ski at any of the 10 NE resorts the minute you get your pass.
Are East coast peak resorts direct to lift as well?
YES, YOUR PASS WILL STILL BE DIRECT TO LIFT. You may have noticed that your Peak Pass features a barcode. You will just need to show your pass or have it visible on your jacket/pants while skiing / riding in the East.
DOES THE Ohio pass or PEAK PASS include $10 value passes?
NO. The Ohio Pass and Peak Pass do not include any $10 value passes.
do our ohio based gift cards work out on the east coast?
YES! All Peak Gift Cards no matter what area they are purchased through are valid at any Peak Resort owned and operated resort. Keep in mind there are a few vendor outlets (like Buckeye Sports, Sun Valley, and Waffle Cabins etc.) that are not owned by the resorts and therefore Gift Cards are not valid at those areas. They are very minimal.
