ALPINE VALLEY 2012 ‘SELECT PASS’ REGISTRATION FORM (Right Click: “Save File To” Desktop)

Alpine Valley’s Select Pass is a ski or snowboard pass that enables you to pick four consecutive hours twice a week for the entire season, with or without rental equipment. The Select Pass is available to all ages – all at the same price. The Select Pass is NON-TRANSFERABLE. As a special gift, we include up to four complimentary one-hour group lessons for all ability levels. (Passholder must be age 6 or older for group lessons.) Select Pass holders will be given a photo ID which is presented at the ticket window upon each weekly visit. (NOTE: Week begins on Monday and ends on Sunday.)
